Holloway Revitalization Project & Creative Arts Replacement Project Public Meeting [September 28, 2016]

Noriko T Shinzato sent on Wednesday, September 28, 2016 9:33 AM:

Dear Neighbor,

As you know we are engaged in the planning and design of two important and exciting projects for the campus—the Holloway Revitalization Project, which is a mixed-use student housing development, and the Creative Arts Replacement Project, which includes a new academic building and related donor-funded concert and lecture hall. As part of the planning process, we are preparing an environmental impact report (EIR) in conformance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The draft EIR is now available for review at:

We will hold a public meeting on October 18, 2016, 6:30-8:00 pm, in the J. Paul Leonard Library, Room 121, on the SF State campus, to receive written comments on the environmental analysis of the proposed projects. All members of the public and interested persons are welcome to attend and provide written comments. Please see the Draft EIR at the link above. Written comments can also be submitted throughout the 45-day public review period, which spans from September 27th to November 11th. During this public review period, written comments on the adequacy of the Draft EIR can be submitted to:
