Hello Junipero Serra Neighbors,

The construction project is progressing. The doors and windows will be arriving next week and after that lath work and scratch coat for the exterior stucco will begin. The Contractor is working on closing up the building before the rains begin. After that most of this work will be in the interior spaces. The art installation work is scheduled for the third week in January.
