If you have tried to contact the LPOA in the last couple of months through our old telephone number we have to apologize for the lack of response and bad service. Unfortunately we have been having technical difficulties with our old service provider and have had to change our number.

The new number for the LPOA is (415) 287-0646. For issues and questions please leave a message on the voice mail and the appropriate member of the LPOA will get back to you with an answer.

The new number is a VOIP (voice over internet protocol) number. What does that mean? If you call the number you should not notice any difference from a standard land line but the new LPOA phone provider is an internet service. This will save the LPOA money compared to maintaining a regular land line number. In addition it will allow us to provide a better service as, instead of someone having to remember to dial into our mail box to pickup messages, messages are sent to us via email. In other words we will see your messages in a more timely manner and will be able to respond faster than before.

So what's not to like? A better service for our members and cheaper for to boot. That number for your records again - (415) 287-0646
