Hi Junipero Serra Neighbors,

The J Serra project is continuing on track. The Contractor has begun the exterior stucco work and will be applying the second coat at the end of the month. There is still some on-going electrical, mechanical & plumbing work happening on the inside of the building. The wall insulation will be installed over the next few weeks followed by sheetrock in February.

The art tile installation begins tomorrow and should take about two weeks to complete. If you haven't stop by the site yet to see the progress this might be a fun time to take a visit.
