Good morning Junipero Serra neighbors,

Progress continues on the clubhouse construction. The Contractor is continuing framing and installation of the roof. There will be some additional plumbing and concrete work performed in the next couple of weeks as well. The project is running smoothly and we are still on target for completion in May.
