Here's the latest news from Meghan Tiernan, the project manager for the Junipero Serra Playground renovation:

Hi Junipero Serra Neighbors,

Construction of the J Serra Playground and Clubhouse project is proceeding on schedule and the Clubhouse is really taking shape. The Contractor is finishing up the roof framing and continuing on with the installation of the plywood for the walls. He will also be installing the roof
insulation in the following weeks and continuing with some of the site work involving plumbing.

I'd just like to remind folks that the playground area including the tennis and basketball courts are closed to the public during construction. For your own safety, do not trespass on the construction site.

Also, as always, please clean up after your dogs including the planting strip located around the construction trailers. Dog waste is becoming a very unpleasant issue for the construction crews.
