Here's a note from Meghan Tiernan, our project manager, updating us the Junipero Serra Playground renovation:

As you can probably see the structural steel for the clubhouse arrived and the Contractor began erecting the steel frame for the building. The electrical and plumbing rough-ins are complete. Over the next few weeks the Contractor will be pouring the concrete curbs and low walls and installing the glulams for the roof which are scheduled to arrive by the end of this week (8/30). After the glulams are set the Contractor will begin the wall framing which will continue through October.
