Junipero Serra Playground Project Update News [June 1, 2007]
The following is a message from Meghan Tiernan, project manager for the Junipero Serra Playground renovation, updating us on where they are with the project. All seems to be proceeding as scheduled!
Good morning Junipero Serra neighbors,
Construction is continuing on the Junipero Serra project. Excavation for the building and soil compaction work is complete. In the following weeks the Contractor will be installing the formwork for the foundation, setting the rebar and then pouring the concrete foundation. Some below slab electrical and plumbing work will also be done.
