This coming Tuesday, October 10^th the LPOA monthly board meeting will take place at the Junipero Serra Playground clubhouse. The meeting starts at 7:30pm when a quorum of five LPOA board members are present.

Update – Junipero Serra Blvd greenbelt

In this meeting, we would like to give our homeowners an update on the Junipero Serra Blvd greenbelt, which borders Lakeside on the east side of the neighborhood. There have been meetings and Board of Appeals hearings that have taken place in regards to the greenbelt – the purpose of the meeting is to update our residents on the last few month’s developments and what LPOA is continuing to work with the City on these matters.

District 7 free trash /unwanted items disposal

Saturday – October 14^th from 8am to noon:

At the circle at the foot of Sunset Blvd, residents can bring items they wish to dispose of, at no charge to this location. You will need to bring identification to as proof that you are a resident of the area to take advantage of this service.

Halloween Carnival – Junipero Serra Playground

Junipero Serra Playground is looking for a few volunteers to help us with a Halloween Carnival.

The carnival will be at the playground from 5 - 7 PM on Tuesday, Oct 31^st.

We need people to help us run game booths.  The games are very simple:  Ring Toss, Spin the Wheel, Fishing, etc. 

You would be monitoring the game and give the child a small prize when they win.
