2. Update - J. Serra Blvd Greenbelt. (Hal Harper)
   
   Board of Appeals hearing – Sept 13^th & Oct 4^th, 2006
   
   o       LPOA & Allen Grossman (att’y working for benefit of LPOA) are pursuing the matter of responsibility of J.S Blvd greenbelt with Bur. of Street Use Mapping, City Surveyor and possibly SFC&C attorney.
   
   o       Budget in place by Supv. Elsbernd for Dist. 7 “..will pay for removal of trees & pruning – due to hazardous conditions that exist…”
   
   o       The original BOA opinion of June 26^th, 2006 was modified to remove the statement of …”J.S. Blvd greenbelt is the responsibility of the fronting property owners…” This matter is being looked into further.

3. Status for unpaid dues – mailing date? (Martin Taylor / ?)
• Past due for 2006 dues (final notices)
• Prior years final notices (and subsequent liens)

4. Newsletter going out in November? (M & P Taylor to produce newsletter?)
• Need article in next issue for smoke detector (LPOA insurance carrier asking for this) – copy provided by Hal from website.
• Announcement of LPOA board positions for upcoming year.
• Article about new location for LPOA meetings in 2007 (clubhouse will be demolished)

5. Tree pruning for 2007 (Joyce R.)
• Probably look at including flowering plum & cherry trees as necessary.
• Schedule work through Davey (after bid is received) for early 2007

6. Easements (Tom N. or Martin / Patty Taylor)
• Pending item from prior board meetings
