Here is the minutes of the January meeting. As a reminder on action items:
1. Invites to annual meeting: Hal for Elsbernd; Diane for DPW; Tom for fire and police
2. Friday is deadline for the past dues; Barbara to go ahead with liens on old ones,
3. Tom to pass on material on easements to Patti
4. Patti and Joyce to attend West of Twin Peaks Association
5. Martin will put out the newsletter, and starting in second quarter will take on the task as editor and web master; he will invoice Diane $100 per quarter for this service. Diane will cover the charges for the web site from LPOA.
