   • Appeals Board hearing scheduled on 9/13/2006 @ City Hall, Room #416 – 5pm. LPOA item is 1^st on agenda.
   • Meeting took place on 8/25/06 with DPW (Carla Short, Fred Abadi, Paul Sacamano), Bureau of Street Use/Mapping (Barbara Moy), Deputy City Att’y (John Malmut) and Olivia Scanlon (Supv. Elsbernd’s assistant) with Hal Harper, Wolfgang Liebelt, William Schneider
     • Supv. Elsbernd sent letter to BOA to request only to issue opinion on removal of trees in 9/13 hearing. The issue of ongoing maintenance and responsibility is to be determined in future w/ City Att’y and Board of Appeals isn’t the appropriate entity to make this decision. (copy of draft from Supv. 3. Billing for past due items - any updates on status?
